• Monitor and analyze strategy performance

Important: Amaltash is solely a technology platform. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or make trading decisions on your behalf. All strategy creation, trading decisions, and capital management remain entirely under your control.

3. User Control and Responsibility

Full User Control

• You maintain complete control over your trading strategies and their parameters
• You control your own exchange accounts and API connections
• You hold and manage your own funds and cryptocurrency assets
• All trading decisions are made by your automated strategies, not by Amaltash
• You can modify, pause, or stop your strategies at any time

Account Security

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Securely manage your exchange API keys and permissions
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Prohibited Uses

• Using the service for illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Sharing your account with unauthorized parties
• Using the service to manipulate markets or engage in market abuse
• Violating any exchange terms of service or applicable regulations

4. No Investment Advisory Services

Our role is limited to providing software tools and technical infrastructure. You are solely responsible for all investment decisions, strategy creation, and risk management.

5. Trading Risk Disclaimer

You acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for any losses that may occur from using our platform or executing automated trading strategies.

6. Fees and Payment

Amaltash may charge fees for platform usage, which may include:

• Subscription fees for platform access
• Volume-based fees for trading activity
• Feature-based fees for advanced tools and capabilities

All fees are for technology services and platform usage, not for investment advice or fund management. Fee structures will be clearly disclosed before you incur any charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Amaltash platform are owned by Amaltash, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of your trading strategies, parameters, and data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your data solely to provide our technical services. We do not claim ownership of your strategies or trading decisions.

8. Service Availability and Technical Limitations

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Factors that may affect service include:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical issues or system failures
• Exchange API limitations or outages
• Network connectivity problems
• Third-party service dependencies

You acknowledge that technical failures may impact your automated trading and accept responsibility for monitoring your strategies and implementing appropriate safeguards.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMALTASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss
• Third-party actions, exchange outages, or market volatility
• Automated strategy performance or unexpected behavior
• API connectivity issues or exchange-related problems

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Amaltash in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Services and Exchange Integration

Our platform integrates with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges and services. You acknowledge that:

• You are subject to the terms and conditions of each exchange you connect
• We are not responsible for exchange policies, fees, or service availability
• Exchange API limitations may affect platform functionality
• You must comply with all applicable exchange requirements and regulations
